At Terpening Terrace, our team is the heart of our community. Many of our staff members have been part of our family for years—even decades—building lasting relationships with residents and their families.

From dining and wellness to housekeeping and maintenance, every team member shares a common goal: creating a warm, welcoming environment where residents feel truly at home.

Our staff believes that senior living is about more than services—it’s about connection, compassion, and treating every resident like family.

Kim L. Stokes

General Manager

Kim has been part of the Terpening Terrace family since November 3, 2000. She loves the strong sense of teamwork and the family atmosphere shared by both staff and residents. Kim’s passion for caring for residents runs deep, and she looks for that same heart and dedication in every member of her team.

Tony Carp

Transportation Director & Driver

Tony has served residents at Terpening Terrace since 2016. He enjoys working alongside the team and helping residents stay connected to their community through transportation and support. Tony is committed to treating every resident and family with respect while providing attentive, concierge-style service.

Renelle Reese

Social Coordinator

Renelle joined Terpening Terrace in September 2025 and quickly found joy in connecting with residents each day. She is passionate about creating meaningful interactions and activities that enrich residents’ lives. Renelle is dedicated to helping each resident enjoy the highest possible quality of life.

Jessie Wingfield

Supervisor of Housekeeping

Jessie has been part of the Terpening Terrace team since 2017. She finds great fulfillment in helping residents and making a positive difference in their daily lives. Jessie approaches her work with compassion, treating every resident like family and providing thoughtful care and service.

Jason “Tank” Wish

Executive Chef

Jason joined Terpening Terrace in August 2025 as Executive Chef. He enjoys the relaxed, supportive environment and working with a team that focuses on residents’ happiness. Jason takes pride in creating flavorful meals using quality ingredients to make dining an enjoyable experience for residents.

Tammie Sells

Administrative Manager

Tammie has been a valued member of the Terpening Terrace community since 2005. She appreciates the strong family atmosphere shared by staff and residents alike. Tammie believes every resident brings unique knowledge, stories, and life experiences that make the community special.

Amanda Adams

Dining Room Manager

Amanda joined Terpening Terrace in September 2025 and loves the sense of family she feels among residents and staff. She takes a hands-on approach to her role and prioritizes building strong relationships with residents and families. Amanda believes open communication is key to providing excellent care and service.

Antigone Allena

Wellness Director

Antigone has been with Terpening Terrace since 2024, and she brings over 35 years of fitness and wellness experience to the team. She enjoys offering a wide variety of classes and activities—from dance and Ageless Grace to games and group outings—that help residents stay active and engaged. Antigone is passionate about helping residents achieve their wellness goals every day.

Forest Leonard

Plant Engineer

Forest has served Terpening Terrace since 2018 and takes pride in maintaining a safe, comfortable environment for residents. He enjoys helping residents feel truly at home within the community. Forest is committed to being someone residents and families can rely on to support their comfort and well-being.
