The Dining Experience

We offer open fine dining with an extensive gourmet menu—eat what you want, when you want, just like home.

  • Open Dining: Enjoy meals with friends and family anytime between 7:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. 
  • Gourmet Menu: Our menu is crafted seasonally by our executive chef and cooked to order. We also offer daily specials for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Eat all your favorites without the fuss of cooking them yourself. 
  • Full Salad Bar: We’ve been told that we have the best salad bar in town. Choose from numerous specialty salads and a bounty of fresh fruits and vegetables along with all your favorite salad fixings. 
  • Dessert: Enjoy an ever-changing selection of cakes, pies, cookies, ice cream, and more. Sugar-free options are always available as well. 
  • Soups du Jour: Choose from two delicious homemade soups every day. 
  • Private Dining: Treat guests to a luncheon or dinner in our exclusive private dining room.
  • Delivery and Carryout: Enjoy in-room dining for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Lighter Fare

Light & Lean ◆ – Grilled lean ground beef patty, Gardenburger, or chicken breast.
Served with low-fat cottage cheese and fresh seasonal fruit.

Sauteed Vegetables ◆ – Broccoli, asparagus, mushrooms, spinach, tomatoes, bok choy, onions, and peppers
sautéed in olive oil with fresh garlic and herbs. Chicken or shrimp added upon request.

Bay Shrimp Tostada ◆ – Succulent bay shrimp atop a crispy corn tostada, layered with creamy avocado and
Pico de Gallo. Topped with a lime wedge for a bright, zesty finish.

Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges – Crispy golden potato wedges tossed in rich butter, roasted garlic, and Parmesan,
topped with parsley.

Specialty Salads

Caesar Salad ◆ – Mixed greens with parmesan cheese, croutons, and Caesar dressing. Garnished with tomatoes,
hardboiled egg, and parmesan crisps. Chicken or shrimp added upon request.

Chef Salad ◆ – Chopped romaine greens topped with turkey, ham, cheddar and Swiss cheese, cucumber, tomato,
olives, croutons, and hardboiled egg. Served with your choice of dressing – ask your server for selections.

Spring Roll Salad ◆ – A refreshing mix of rice noodles, crisp cucumber, green onion, fresh mint leaves, and bay
shrimp. Topped with crunchy peanuts, a zesty lime wedge, and a rich peanut dressing.

Specialty Sandwiches & Wraps

Famous Terrace Burger ◆ – Choice ground beef patty charbroiled on a toasted burger bun with lettuce,
tomato, red onion, and mayonnaise. Available with Swiss, Cheddar, Jack, Blue Cheese crumbles, or American cheese.
Gardenburger available upon request

Aloha Burger ◆ – Juicy grilled patty topped with a caramelized pineapple ring, smoky bacon, Swiss cheese, grilled
sweet onion, and finished with a rich teriyaki glaze.

Slider Bar – Your choice of hamburger patty, BBQ beef, turkey, chicken breast, or BLT, on a slider bun.

Mexican Eggroll – A flavorful blend of seasoned chicken, melted jack cheese, crisp cabbage, and black beans, rolled
in a tortilla and grilled to golden perfection served with a creamy smoked chipotle ranch sauce.

Pineapple Shrimp Fried Rice – A vibrant blend of shrimp, white rice, pineapple, fragrant garlic and ginger, stir
fried with soy sauce, eggs, cashews, tomatoes, raisins, and onions. Finished with cilantro and side of sweet chili sauce.

Terrace Garden Sandwich ◆ – Fresh avocado, roasted red peppers, crisp sliced cucumbers, ripe tomatoes, and
leafy lettuce, layered with pesto cream cheese and Swiss cheese on your choice of bread.

We prepare each dish individually for you so you may add or remove ingredients as desired.

Catch of the Day – Ask your server about our Catch of the Day 

Creamy Pesto Salmon Filet ◆ – Your choice of broiled, steamed, poached, or grilled salmon.
Topped with a rich pesto cream sauce made with parmesan cheese and heavy cream.
Optionally served with or without sauce.

Top Sirloin Steak ◆ – Six ounces of center cut top sirloin steak cooked to
order and topped with crispy onion rings.

Mushroom Bourbon Steak – Top sirloin steak finished with sautéed mushrooms, onions,
and garlic in a mild bourbon sauce, garnished with diced green onions.

Surf n’ Turf ◆ – Six ounces of top sirloin cooked to order with grilled prawns in a lemon compound butter.
Lobster tail is available for substitution on the 3rd Friday during dinner hours only.

Chicken Florentine ◆ – Broiled chicken breast with sauteed spinach, topped with a creamy herb sauce.

Joe’s Special ◆ – Savory hamburger patty sauteed with onions, mushrooms, spinach and garlic, blended with
scrambled eggs and Parmesan. Served with warm garlic bread.

Sauteed Pesto Artichoke Shrimp ◆ – Shrimp sauteed with spinach, garlic, and artichokes in a rich pesto
cream sauce, simmered to perfection and topped with parmesan.
