Pet Friendly

We know pets are part of the family too. Medium-sized dogs, cats, and other small pets are welcome. Pay a one-time, affordable pet deposit and no monthly fees. Cleanup bags and trash are also provided outside at a convenient station.

Tech Center
Check your email or surf the Internet in our DotCom Room. We also provide equipment for the visually impaired.

Library and Reading Room

  • Terpening Terrace features two cozy libraries with a wide selection of fiction and non-fiction titles.
  • The Eugene public library delivers a rotating collection of titles quarterly, including large print and audio books.
  • The Eugene Register Guard is delivered daily and the Oregonian is delivered weekly to each library.

Community Kitchens
We have two community kitchens in our facility featuring large tables and fully equipped kitchens. Host your friends for a card game, or invite your family for a nice meal. We’d be happy to deliver complimentary coffee and water to your next gathering.

Cinema Room
Watch your favorite movies or the Oregon Ducks on the big screen in our cinema lounge. We have movies scheduled to play, or schedule your own!

Packard Place 
This is our large multipurpose room. Enjoy our weekly social hour, fitness classes, entertainment, painting, wine, and other special events.

Hats Off Salon
A fully equipped beauty salon is located on the second floor. It is leased and operated privately.

Resident Gardens 
Do you have a green thumb? Cultivate a garden in one of our elevated garden beds built especially for ease of use.
